More On Pioco's Bluetooth Plans

Pioco.com, the Bluetooth advertising company we interviewed a few weeks ago, is running an advertising campaign during the Olympics for Coca-Cola.

As part of the campaign, Pioco is using its network of 500 Bluetooth hotspots in Beijing and 1,200 in Shanghai to push Coca-Cola Olympic TV commercials to cell phone users...

Bloomberg reports that international and domestic music companies are urging advertisers to boycott Baidu over claims the Chinese search engine facilitates music piracy. Updated: Softbank Buys Into Chinese Facebook Site

Update: Oak Pacific has raised a total of US$430 million from Softbank, JOHO Capital and SBI Group for 35 percent of the company.
