Founder Of Oak Pacific Subsidiary To Resign

Chinese campus social networking site Xiaonei.com founder Wang Xing will soon resign from running the site for Oak Pacific Interactive, reports Sina. Xiaonei was acquired by Oak Pacific Interactive for US$2 million in October 2006, said the report. Xiaonei currently has six million registered users. Wang has set up a new Twitter-like website at Fanfou.com with former Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) social bookmarking service Baidu Sou Cang's manager Mu Rongjun. The majority of Xiaonei's founding team has resigned since Oak Pacific Interactive's acquisition, said the report.
