Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) and Beijing University released the 2007 China blog survey with Tencent's (0700.HK) personal space service Qzone ranked number one in terms of views and traffic on January 28, reports kissbaidu. Tencent was followed by social networking service (SNS) site 51.com and Oak Pacific Interactive's campus SNS site Xiaonei.com in second and third place. Views of Qzone and NetEase (Nasdaq: NTES) blogs accounted for 23.9 and 18.2 percent of each company's respective number of total portals views. In terms of views alone, Sina (Nasdaq: SINA) ranked fifth while Sohu (Nasdaq: SOHU) came in at number seven. Baidu partnered with Beijing University to set up the User Research Lab of Chinese Search (URLCS) in 2005.
