Editorial Summary

Shanghai-based Chunqiu Airline Company is preparing to go public in two years, reports Shanghai Securities Journal quoting company spokesperson Zhang Lei. Chunqiu Airline prefers to list on the A-share market, but will also consider an H-shares listing, said the report. The company has been talking with some middlemen, but has no intention to raise money from institutional investors, according to the report.

Regulations for Hong Kong-listed red chip companies to list on the A-share market will be issued by year end, reports Xinhua quoting vice chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) Fan Fuchun.
