Shandong-based solar water heater and vacuum tube manufacturer Himin Solar Energy plans to list on China's A-share's market at the end of 2008, reports Beijing Morning Post quoting the company president Huang Ming. Himin has a ten percent market share of the global solar water heater market, said the report. Goldman Sachs Group and CDH Investments have signed a preliminary agreement to invest a total of about $100 million in Himin Solar Energy Group to facilitate the listing process, said the report.
Shares of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd (CPIC) (601601.SH) fell 5.44 percent to close at RMB 26.07 on Monday, the lowest price since its initial public offering (IPO) at RMB 30 per share in December 2007.
