Baidu Names Apple China GM As New COO

Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) announced on Wednesday that it has appointed Mr. Peng Ye as COO effective April 25. Peng comes to Baidu from his position as country general manager for Apple China. Ye previously held management positions at SatCom AG, Motorola and Nortel.
