Solar water heater distributor China Solar & Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. (OTC: CSOL) announced full year 2007 results on Friday. Company revenue was $37.1 million, up 72.7 percent year-on-year, with $9.6 million coming from recently acquired Tianjin Huaneng Group Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. Net income for the year grew 103.8 percent year-on-year to $2.5 million.

In the fourth quarter, revenues increased 119 percent year-on-year to $12 million. The acquisition of Tianjin Huaneng, which began contributing revenue to the company in the third quarter, accounted for $5.8 million of the total. Net income was $1.1 million, up 479 percent year-on-year. Excluding income from Tianjing Huaneng, net income for the quarter was $1.02 million.
