Shenzhen-based electronic dictionary and mobile learning device maker Noah Education Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NED) announced on Wednesday that company CFO Trevor Choi resigned for personal reasons effective May 31. Choi joined Noah as CFO in June, 2005.
Noah financial controller Dora Li will take over as CFO during the interim. Li came to Noah in December, 2007 from GrenTech (Nasdaq: GRRF).
