Chinese software and online game company Kingsoft Corporation Ltd. (3888.HK) and
Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) China announced the release of free translation software "Google Kingsoft PowerWord" (Ciba) on May 8, reports qq.com. The 20 MB software offers ten total features including Japanese, Chinese and English translation and audio pronunciation, said the report.

Google Greater China president Kai-Fu Lee said this the first time for Google to release a co-branded product, and prefers not to seek a second partner, reports Sina. Google and Kingsoft intend to split advertising revenue generated by the free product, said Lee.
