Super8 China Releases Client Loyalty Strategy

Editorial Summary

Economy hotel chain Super8 China announced the release of consumer loyalty cards and VIP cards in 33 hotels on May 29. Loyalty cards are free of charge and grant consumers a RMB 8 discount on hotel services for life. VIP cards can be purchased for RMB 38 and offer cardholders a 12 percent discount on hotel services for a two year period. Super8 China has 69 hotels across 39 cities and plans to open 70 or more additional locations.
