China Unicom (NYSE: CHU, 762.HK, 600050.SH) subsidiary Shanghai Unicom is expected to release its first mobile TV enabled handset, T-106, with a sticker price around RMB 1,980 before the Beijing Olympics, reports PConline. China Unicom has partnered with Shanghai Media Group (SMG) subsidiary Oriental Pearl Mobile TV to offer Olympic events and news content during the Games, said the report.
