Motorola (NYSE: MOT) plans to release a TD-SCDMA handset with a RMB 3,000 price tag in July, reports Sina quoting a Motorola China handset executive on Friday. According to the report, Nokia (NYSE: NOK) will delay its TD-SCDMA release due to the closure of Shanghai-based chip provider Commit Incorporated. Commit ceased operations as a result of insufficient funding in May.
