China Mobile Opens TD-SCDMA E-commerce Site

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL, 941.HK) opened a TD-SCDMA terminal e-commerce site for channel sales partners at aoxiang918.com on June 10, reports Sohu. The site is only open to approved sales channels, not individual users. The site currently includes TD-SCDMA handsets from ZTE (000063.SZ, 0763.HK), Lenovo (0992.HK), Panda Electronics (553.HK), Huawei, and Amoi (600057.SH). China Mobile will handle delivery of handsets and will pay logistics fees. China Mobile plans to sign up 1,000 channel partners for the site by the end of June.
