Shenzhen-based download accelerator and peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing software company Xunlei (Thunder) has started looking for investors to raise $100 million in its final pre-IPO round, reports ChinaByte quoting an unnamed insider. The insider said Xunlei's vice president and other employees have traveled to the United States regarding investment. Xunlei representatives could not be reached for comment. Xunlei has received over $30 million in venture capital funding since 2005. The company hopes to complete a Nasdaq listing this year.
