Founder's AMD Deal No Impact On Intel Relationship

A Founder spokesperson told the Guangzhou Daily that the company's cooperation with AMD will not affect its relationship with Intel. If Founder and AMD unite to manufacture 64-bit processor PCs together it will be a China first. Competition between Founder and Lenovo has been fierce, with Founder always considered the underdog. Founder and competitor Dawning are betting they can get the jump on Lenovo in the 64-bit era by partnering with AMD.
