Chinese Olympic gold medalist Liu Xiang has recorded his first song, called "And Want You Know - Track and Field Song", reports Dahe Daily. The song will be released nationwide by the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix, a track and field competition. Liu will participate in the 2006 Shanghai Golden Grand Prix in September. Liu won the gold medal in the men's 110 meter hurdles at the 2004 Athens Olympics.
