Posted by: Riki Hsu on Aug 30, 2006 | 18:08

Editorial Summary

Dell lost a trademark lawsuit related to its Chinese name with Foshan High-tech Application Institute, reports The Beijing News. The institute registered the trademark "De Er" in 1997 which Dell claimed was similar to its Chinese name "Dai Er".
