Editorial Summary
Chinese actress, director and blogger Xu Jinglei will release a biweekly electronic magazine called Kai La, reports Shanghai Youth Daily quoting Xu's agent Liu Xuan. Xu will be the chief editor and writer for the e-magazine. Kai La will cover stories on entertainment, fashion and politics. Xu also runs a website at kaile.com.cn. The e-magazine will be free to download, with revenue coming from advertising.
