CNET China Acquires Review Site

Beijing based IT portal Zol.com.cn's general manager Liu Xiaodong announced on January 16 that Zol will acquire home appliance review website Ea3w.com. The acquisition will be completed in the first quarter of 2007. In October 2004, Cnet acquired ZOL for US$15 million and photography website Fengniao for US$1 million.
