Yingli Solar Plans IPO In US

Chinese vertically integrated photovoltaic product manufacturer Yingli Solar is planning a partial listing on the New York Stock Exchange in April, reports The Beijing News. Yingli Solar has already filed its IPO application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, said the report quoting Yingli Solar shareholder Tianwei Baobian Electric board of directors secretary Wang Qian. The IPO date and amount Yingli Solar plans to raise have not been determined.
