Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) was recently sued by Dazhong Transportation's (600611.SH) relocation subsidiary Dazhong Banchang Logistics for 500,000 Yuan for trade name violation, reports National Business Daily. Dazhong Banchang Logistics found that many other companies have registered the name “Dazhong Banchang” in Baidu’s bid ranking service. Dazhong Banchang Logistics claims that it has registered the name "Dazhong" in Shanghai and that Baidu has committed a trade name violation by selling the keywords using the name to other companies.
