Golden Eagle Acquires Anhui Stores for RMB 267m
Hong Kong-based Golden Eagle Retail Group (3308.HK) acquired a full stake in Vista Commercial for RMB 267 million on July 27, Anhui Business Daily reported.
Vista Commercial is a high-end clothing department store with two locations in Anhui Province, according to the announcement. The previous owner was Gujing Distillery's (000596.SZ) parent company Gujing Group and its wholly owned subsidiary.
In June of 2010, Golden Eagle began said that it is planning to open a 80,000 square meter shopping mall in Hefei, Anhui Province that will open by the end of 2010, according to the report.
