Guangzhou based WAP site Moabc recently launched a service called "Cai Hua" that allows users to select a tone or song that will play in the background of their mobile phone conversations, reports National Business Daily. Users must install Moabc's free Cai Hua software MOMO. Both the subscriber to the service and the person they are talking to will hear the song. China Unicom (NYSE: CHU; 762.HK) plans to promote the service soon, but the price and content providers have not yet been decided.
