JLM continues to track course listings and interview students across many of New Oriental's (EDU) top and growing markets. In our February update, we find that the snow storms had a small negative impact on student attendance over the Chinese New Year but most classes were still near capacity. New learning center growth was also in the double digits for the company's fiscal third quarter (December - February).
